About us

Formed in 1991, Filipino Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”)is a close-ended mutual fund listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange that invests in listed equities and Unit Investment Trust Fund (“UITFs”) and managed by the Fund Manager, AB Capital and Investment Corporation. Vicsal Development Corporation (“VDC”), a holding company of Metro Gaisano Group, is the majority shareholder of the Fund.
